Each morning is started with a prayer and flag-raising ceremony followed by a short exercise and singing.

All pupils are encouraged to take part in these activities. The main gate (in front) will be opened at 7:15 A.M.

and will be closed at 7:40 A.M. to give way to the Daily Routine. Latecomers shall utilize the side gate should

they come after the set time.

At 8:00 A.M., pupils will proceed to the Parents’ Hall for a 30-minute Values Education lecture with Sir

Jun. At 8:30 A.M., all pupils are expected to be in their respective classrooms to begin their first subject.

Fifteen (15) minutes is allotted for Recess in the morning. Working snacks are allowed in the

afternoon. Recess is scheduled at 9:45 – 10:00 A.M.

Before the noon break, the main gate shall be opened at 11:30 A.M. Lunch break is set at 1 hour, from 11:40 A.M. – 12:40 P.M. Gates will be closed at 1:00 P.M.

In the afternoon, dismissal time is at 4:30 P.M.– the time for the Main gate to be opened. Your child can stay within the campus until 5:00 P.M. Should you come to pick your child after 5:00 P.M., kindly inform the adviser because your child will wait for you at the said gate. In order to avoid any untoward incident, please fetch your child on time.

 

In the classroom, the pupils learn the 3R’s (Reading, wRiting, aRithmetic). In the Parents’/Lecture

Hall, they daily get the 3R’s (Reminders, Review and Religion).

 

Reminders are meant to discuss the Rules/Regulations broken, neglected or forgotten. OLCI upholds the principle, “Your true friend is the one who corrects you” and therefore, shuns the following misconducts:

 

Assaulting or Inflicting Physical Injury, Bullying, Cheating, Coercing others, Coming to school under the influence of liquor, Cutting Classes, Disobedience to and disregard of authority, Disorderly behavior/indecent conduct, Fighting, Forgery of Parent’s/Guardian’s, Teacher’s or other School Official’s signature, Possession, Use or Bringing of prohibited drugs and deadly weapons, Provoking, Quarreling, Tampering with any school record, Teasing or Intimidating any member of the school community, Theft or Stealing of class or school funds and not returning found articles, Threatening, Unauthorized use of the school’s or official’s name for any purpose such as to solicit funds or donation, Vandalism and any offenses similar to any of the above.
